Booking a wedding with 27 Acres Estate includes; a ceremony site, reception site, bridal suit, one hour rehearsal, Look Book items. The venue is available to vendors the day prior to the event to drop off items and to the wedding party for rehearsal, 6 am – 11:00 pm for the big day, and all day after the event to pick up and clean up items.

Booking our Event Coordinator includes the following; timeline creation, layout, ceremony line up, directs rehearsal, vendor liaison, 3-hour meeting prior to the event to go over the details of your big day, etc. Assistants to complete set up, services during the wedding, and clean up.
Special Occasion Venue
Booking the Special Occasion Venue option allows for six hours, one hour for set up, four hours for the event, and one hour for cleanup. This event includes kitchen for food prep, restroom, covered patio, accent furniture & décor from “Look Book”, etc. Every hour past six hours will be an additional $150 per hour.
