The upper lawn, used for receptions and parties, is 10,000 square feet and will accommodate up to 250 guests. Evening events are lit by the suspended, market lighting strung across the lawn. In addition to the 10,000 square foot lawn is a 1,000 square foot covered patio which includes built in speakers, a television, and a bar.
